The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 1 in 68 children has been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ASD occurs among all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. Boys are about 4.5 times more likely to be identified with ASD than girls. Most children with ASD are diagnosed after age 4, even though ASD can be diagnosed as early as age 2.

Given these statistics, the need for service providers to find and retain passionate and caring individuals to support families and communities with ASD and other developmental disabilities is greater than ever.

Jobs In ABA aims to solve these challenges by delivering an ASD and developmental disabilities specific platform that allows both employers and job seekers to connect.

Employers, share your story by creating a company profile describing your culture, service offerings, and post jobs available. Jobs In ABA will promote your story and job opportunities through featured emails, articles on ABA Insights, and social posts to help increase brand awareness and attract passionate and caring individuals. You will gain access to active and passive job seekers interested in working with purpose.
